  7. of Impulse, Inc. on March 5th, 1998. It is an ECS paint, image
  8. processing, and batch processing program. It is also a file
  9. converter between some of Impulse's proprietary file formats and
  10. IFFs. This archive includes everything on the original release
  11. disk including extensive documentation and example pictures and
  12. projects.
